Cancelation of order
An order can be cancelled or changed only before the order has received status “PROCESSED”, which means that it has been sent to the customer. The cancelation or change of the order has to be made in written by fax or e-mail.
Individual orders cannot be cancelled after receiving of an “ORDER CONFIRMATION” form from the customer.
Exchange and return policy
Ready-made products can be exchanged and returned under the following conditions:
* Items must be returned within 15 days from the receiving of the goods
* Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed
* Items must be returned in original packing
* Items must be returned to us postage paid
Returns and exchange policies are not applicable on discounted or special offer items.
Individual orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for any reason, except for faults made in the production of the pieces.
