You have to add all your requirements concerning materials, colors, sizes, accessories and others in written. If such requirements, concerning some of the details are missing, we reserve our right to choose these details by ourselves without the customer to have the right on reclamation over these details. The price for each model is based on its difficulty and the chosen materials. When you make a custom’s specified order you must send us the sizes of the costumes after our size table or all the measures, presented in the same size table. For individual orders the delivery date is negotiated for each separate order Individual orders cannot be cancelled after receiving of an “ORDER CONFIRMATION” form from the customer.
